Late & Missed Apt. Policy

Due to an increase in demand for appointments and our continued commitment to meeting your children’s needs in a timely manner (often times same day for sick patients), we are adjusting our late & missed appointment policy. (Below is a summary of the policy, however, if you would like to see the full policy with complete explanations for the changes, please see our full website post.)
Need to cancel/reschedule: As always, if you need to cancel or reschedule, please try to let our office know (24hr in advance if possible), so that your appointment time can be utilized for another child in need.
Late Arrival: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule. Late arrivals can mean that we do not have enough time to provide you adequate care, and/or may cause the schedule for the day to be behind.
If we’re running late: Sometimes patients come in that require emergency attention or that require additional time and attention. If this happens, we will do our best to notify you.
