Our Vaccination Policies
We are committed to transparency about how and why we approach immunizations the way we do.
- We believe that all recommended vaccines are safe and effective for children of all ages.
- Our vaccination practices are guided by evidence-based science and medicine.
- We do not believe that vaccines cause autism.
- We do not insist that every parent vaccinate their child, nor do we exclude unvaccinated children from our practice.
- We will recommend that you vaccinate your child at every visit.
- We reserve the right to separate symptomatic unvaccinated children from our waiting area.
- Unvaccinated children with fever may be required to have additional lab testing, as they are at greater risk for vaccine-preventable disease.
- We do not provide letters opposing vaccination for school or daycare.
- We respect that social media, the internet, and celebrities create a lot of anxiety and confusion about vaccine safety. Our recommendations will not change based on these opinions.
